  A decent staff that work quickly to fix any issues you have. The biggest issue seems to be that they are constantly at war with their own computer system which tends to crash and lock out the entire office or send calls to customers 5 minutes after they close saying they haven't paid yet when they pay the insurer directly.

  This is not a review for the company = Just got credit authorization fraud with this company associated with it. May not be related - but could be. I don't even live in NC, nor have I been there. Got a call from a shady sounding woman claiming to work for US Bank. Knew my last three transactions on my checking and wanted me to validate my PIN. Really?? Checked my account - Yup! Authorization for 10/22/2015 Carolina Insurance Servic Forest City Nc1 $0.74 - Fraud Alert! Cancelled card.

  I rate it two stars because u don't like using the word "hate." Such a strong word. Anyway, they were not up front on my complete price on insurance and one day after putting a big down payment on it they "forgot" to have me sign one piece of paper which connected me to another $250 down. No thank you. You peeps are shady.
